GoExplore — User Agreement

1. General Terms
1.1. This User Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement") sets out the terms and conditions for the purchase and use of GoExplore travel boxes (hereinafter — the "Box"), which include both physical and digital components.
1.2. By purchasing the Box, the user (hereinafter — the "User") confirms their full acceptance of the terms of this Agreement.
1.3. GoExplore is an independent creative project based in Ghent, Belgium, designed to inspire exploration through local souvenirs, flavors, a printed map, and an interactive guide.
2. Box Contents
2.1. Each Box includes:
— local souvenirs (e.g., magnets, pins or similar items),
— sweets (e.g., Belgian chocolate, waffles),
— a printed city map with a walking route,
— access to a digital interactive guide (via QR code or private link),
— a branded tote bag.
2.2. The actual content of the Box may vary slightly (e.g., in design or flavor), while the concept and quality are preserved.
3. Ordering and Payment
3.1. Orders can be placed via the official website or partner shops.
3.2. Payments are processed through third-party payment systems. GoExplore does not store any payment data.
3.3. Once payment is confirmed, the User receives an order confirmation via the email address provided.
4. Delivery and Collection
4.1. Delivery is available within Belgium (and possibly other countries, depending on current logistics).
4.2. Estimated delivery time and shipping cost are displayed during checkout.
4.3. GoExplore is not responsible for delays caused by postal or courier services.
5. Access to the Digital Guide
5.1. The digital guide is provided with the Box via a QR code or a unique access link.
5.2. The User may access the guide for personal, non-commercial use only.
5.3. Sharing, copying, or publishing the content of the guide without written permission from GoExplore is strictly prohibited.
6. Returns and Refunds
6.1. Boxes that include food items and printed materials are non-refundable (in accordance with EU distance selling laws).
6.2. In case of a damaged Box, the User must contact GoExplore within 48 hours of delivery and provide photographic proof.
6.3. Refunds are only issued after review and only in the case of a proven major defect.
7. Limitation of Liability
7.1. GoExplore is not liable for:
— individual reactions to food items (e.g., allergies),
— incorrect delivery details entered by the User,
— temporary unavailability of the digital guide due to third-party hosting or technical issues.
7.2. All information in the guide is for informational purposes only. The User is responsible for their own safety while following the walking route.
8. Intellectual Property
8.1. All texts, maps, tasks, images, brand elements, and packaging are the intellectual property of GoExplore.
8.2. Any reproduction, modification, or redistribution without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.
9. Changes to Terms
9.1. GoExplore reserves the right to modify this Agreement at any time.
9.2. The updated version will be published on the website. Continued use of the product constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
